Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. On a large baking sheet, toss ingredients together and spreading evenly over pan. Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
