Beer Brats Recipe
First cooked in beer and onions, these grilled brats get a boost of flavor. The added sauerkraut and onions are just what a true brats lover likes for their ultimate beer brats.

12 each brats
2 or 3 cans beer (enough to just cover brats in pan)
4 slices onion (chop up 2 of the slices)
1 pound sauerkraut
4 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
Cook Brats in beer, for 15 minutes. Then add 2 onion slices, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 additional minutes, remove from stove and take to grill.
Sear the brats on the grill while heating sauerkraut and chopped onion slices. Now get ready for the feast!!!
