Ingredients
  • 4 pieces salmon
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pinches sea salt
  • 4 pinches course ground pepper
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 aluminum foil sheets or ready made aluminum pouches
Directions
Put one piece of salmon in each aluminum pouch. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to each pouch, rubbing it on the salmon. Add the pinches of salt and pepper to each pouch. Add minced garlic to each pouch. Fold packets so that no liquid can leak out. Bake in oven on 325 for 45 minutes. Sit aside for a few minutes before opening pouches.
