Crab Enchiladas & Cream Sauce Recipe

  • 2 cups crabmeat- chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro- chopped
  • 2 dozen flour tortillas
Combine crab, cheese, onion and cilantro. Spoon mixture in flour tortilla and roll. Place in baking dish.

Cream sauce-

1 C heavy whipping cream

4 T Parmesan

1 t garlic powder.

Combine and pour over enchiladas. Bake 350° for 15 minutes. Top with cheese.
