Pork Roast Recipe

  • 4 1/2 pounds pork roast
  • 2 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sherry
Mix together thyme and dry mustard rub on the pork roast. Mix together soy sauce and sherry pour over roast and marinate overnight. I use a plastic bag.

Preheat oven to 450° Brown roast then reduce heat to 325°, gradually add marinate sauce over roast until done.

You may make a gravy from the drippings.
