Chicken Fajita Spaghetti Recipe

  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 onion, sliced (small)
  • 1 sweet red pepper, julienned (small)
  • 1 sweet yellow pepper, julienned (small)
  • 1 can chopped green chilies (4 ounces can)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1 envelope fajita seasoning mix
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook chicken over medium heat in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear; remove from heat and keep warm.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and peppers until tender. Add the chicken and remaining ingredients; heat through. Drain spaghetti; toss with chicken mixture.
