Lasagna 20 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Lasagna Pasta
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 32 ounces Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 3 dashes Minced Garlic
  • 52 ounces Spaghetti Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

Prepare a 13x9x4 pan with cooking spray

Step 1: Cook Ground Beef with Minced Garlic. Drain any grease.

Step 2: Mix Eggs, Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and half the Shredded Mozzarella (16 oz) in a large bowl. This will be referred to as the Mix.

STEP 3: Layer your pan as follows

1/3 Mix

1/2 Ground Beef

5 oz Shredded Mozzarella

1/3 Mix

Sauce

Lasagna

1/3 Mix

1/2 Ground Beef

5 oz Shredded Mozzarella

Lasagna

Sauce

6 oz Shredded Mozzarella

STEP 4: Cover pan with tin foil. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes. Wait 15 minutes before serving.

STEP 5: Devour
