Cinnamon Apple Crisps Recipe

  • 2 apples, Red Delicious or Gala
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 200°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not waxed paper).

Slice apples paper thin.

Place apple slices in a single layer on the parchment paper. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours.

Cool on wire rack and serve.
