Add oil, eggs, milk and coffee (add coffee last) to dry ingredients.
For cupcakes bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
Filling for cupcakes:
1 C milk
4 T flour
Mix together and refrigerate.
1/2 C Crisco
1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
4 tsp vanilla
Beat together until fluffy and smooth.
Add milk and beat until no longer grainy. Split cupcakes and place filling between layers.
