White Wine and Herb Grilled Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Zesty Herb Marinade
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds salmon fillets

1. Mix Marinade Mix, wine and oil in small bowl. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Test Kitchen Tip:
Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
