1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
1 package McCormick® Italian Meatball Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon oil
1. Mix ground beef, egg and Seasoning Mix in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. All meatballs; cook 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through, turning frequently.
3. Serve with hot cooked pasta and your favorite sauce, if desired.
To Bake Meatballs:
Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 400Â°F oven 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meatball Sub Sandwich:
Place cooked meatballs in submarine roll. Top with heated marinara
spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan
shredded mozzarella cheese.

finely chopped celery
finely chopped onion
