1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg , beaten
1/4 cup onion , finely diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
30 ounces frozen broccoli florets
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup buttery crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter , melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, egg, onion and seasonings.
Put broccoli in a large mixing bowl. Stir in soup mixture and mix well. Add cheese and mix until combined.
Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole.
In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers and butter. Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minutes in the preheated oven.
