Ingredients
1 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steak (about 1 pound)
8 ounces dry mostaccioli, uncooked
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, cook ham according to package directions.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Coarsely chop ham. Add to pasta along with the tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives and dressing; toss lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
