1 Cook's® Bone-in Thick-Cut Ham Steak (about 2 pounds)
6 medium peaches, peeled, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 serrano chile pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
dash five-spice powder
Combine peaches, onions, sugar, lime juice, oil, mint, chile pepper, salt, black pepper and five-spice powder in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes.
Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Prepare grill for medium heat. Grill ham steak according to package directions.
Place ham on serving platter; top with the peach mixture.
