Ingredients
1 package Sweet Italian Premio Sausage Links (4 links)
16 ounces can chopped tomatoes
16 ounces can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1 package rigatoni
Oregano
Basil
Parsley
Mushrooms
1 medium onion
Olive oil
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Begin to boil water for rigatoni.
Fry sausage in skillet, breaking into small chunks as frying.
Add rigatoni to boiling water and cook until done; drain.
Add garlic and onion to browned fully cooked sausage and a splash of olive oil.
Toss until combined; add remainder of ingredients.
Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
Serve over rigatoni top with grated Parmesan cheese.
