Premio Poppers Recipe

  • 1 package Premio Sausage, cooked and sliced in half and in 2 inch chunks
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
  • Thaw the puff pastry and fold out. Cut down the 2 creases for 3 sheets of dough.
  • Cut each sheet into 3 pieces and roll sausage in between pastry, place seem down. Use an egg wash.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until brown then turn and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve with dips of grain mustard, honey mustard, or marinara sauce. Great for football season.
