Sweet Corn - Freezing Recipe
You'll never buy the frozen corn again after making and tasting this corn! It is amazing! Just like fresh sweet corn right off the cob.

24 cups sweet corn, uncooked
2 cups milk (1 or 2%)
1 cup real butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons canning salt
Combine all ingredients in large roaster.
Bake 350 degrees F. for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely, place in freezer bags, and freeze.
You can half the recipe and microwave on high for 20 minutes, stirring half way through.
