White Chicken Chili Recipe
A comforting chili with a twist. Cumin spices up this chicken chili and the green chilies with bean are so tasty. Serve it up with a dollop of sour cream.

5 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked, diced
3 cups chicken broth
2 cans Great Northern beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 can green chilies (4 oz can)
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Simmer all ingredients, except chicken and cheese, for 45 minutes.
Add cubed chicken and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Just before serving add cheese and stir until melted.
