Four Bean Salad Recipe

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can yellow wax beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green peppers
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ReaLemon

  • Drain beans well.
  • Combine beans, onions, peppers, and celery together in a large bowl; stir to mix evenly.
  • Mix together dressing ingredients in jar and shake well.
  • Pour dressing over beans, onion, peppers and celery; refrigerate 2-3 days.
  • The longer this sits, the better it will taste.
