Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Balls Recipe

Sweet and salty all rolled up into one. Perfect for the holiday season. Decorate the balls while the coating hasn't set to give them the holiday feel.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in confectioners sugar until combined. Stir in crushed pretzels.

Shape into 1" balls. Place on waxed paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until peanut butter mixture is firm, about 1 hour.

In a microwave safe bowl or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and oil. Dip each ball into the chocolate. Return to baking sheet.

Drizzle with melted peanut butter, if desired or decorate with seasonal sprinkles.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator.
