Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

Cheese is put under the tator tots for an extra layer of flavor on top of the creamy meat mixture.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cans vegetables (Veg-All, green beans, corn, peas, etc)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package tater tots

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a 9x13 pan, mix together soups and milk. Add in hamburger and drained veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together.
  • Sprinkle the bag of cheese on top, then put the tater tots on top of that.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
