Taco Casserole with Crescent Crust Recipe

  • 1 or 2 tubes of crescent rolls
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • Taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • Black olives (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Nacho Doritos

  • Unroll the crescents in the bottom of an 8 or 9 inch square pan and cook per directions.
  • Brown hamburger on stovetop and add in half the package of taco seasoning mix after draining.
  • Start with a thin layer of sour cream ( 1/2-1 cup) on top of the baked crescents; layer the taco meat, black olives, 1-2 cups cheese (depending on how cheesy you like things), and crushed Doritos on top of the sour cream.
  • Bake the entire dish at 350 degrees F. for 15 min. Be sure not to burn the chips.
