8 ounces angel hair pasta
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
1/2 cup Kraft® Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/3 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
:pasta pot and a large skillet
Cook pasta according to the package directions.
Add the broccoli to the boiling pasta during the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat the pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute more.
Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture and dump into a large bowl.
Add the chicken mixture and lightly toss. Sprinkle with peanuts if desired.
