Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons dry minced onion or 1/2 C chopped fresh
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 can mushroom pieces undrained
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1/4 cup corn starch

Cut sirloin into cubes.
In a large fry pan brown meat in oil; add onion and garlic powder.
Cook until onions are tender; add soy sauce, mushrooms, bouillon, and 2 c water.
Cover and simmer 30 to 40 min until meat is tender.
Combine cornstarch with remaining water and add to meat mixture. Cook stirring constantly until thickened.
Serve over Rice or noodles.
