Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust (large size - enough for 2 additional servings)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
Whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer; then slowly pour the milk into the cream cheese while continuing to mix.
Stir in the lemon juice and the vanilla flavoring.
Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate to set.
Top the cheesecake with the pie filling of your choice or use fresh berries.
