Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup margarine (soft)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
4 ounces Jello instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
12 ounces chocolate chips (if desired)

Mix the flour with the baking soda.
Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add the flour mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips (the batter will be stiff).
Drop portions of the cookie dough from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet (about 2 inches apart).
Bake at 375ºF for 8-10 minutes.
Cool the cookies on wire racks.
