Fudgelicious Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the sugar slowly, stirring until dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for 15-20 minutes.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in the flour and chips.
  • Pour the batter into a well-greased and lightly-floured 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
