Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups zucchini - not peeled and grated
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 package powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture along with the zucchini.
Bake at 325° F for 40 minutes in a 9 X 13 pan.
For the frosting cream together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread on the cooled cake.
