Rhubarb Custard Yellow Cake Recipe
So simple to make and so scrumptious to eat. The rhubarb, sugar, and cream sink to the bottom of the cake to form a heavenly rhubarb custard layer.

1 box yellow cake mix
3 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
:9 x 13 cake pan
Prepare cake mix as directed; pour into prepared cake pan.
Sprinkle rhubarb on top of cake batter.
Sprinkle sugar over the rhubarb layer.
Pour whipping cream over top.
Bake at 350° F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until top is a golden brown.
