Easy Breezy Lime Pie Recipe

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust - 9 inch
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice - fresh, about 3 medium sized limes
  • 1 teaspoon lime - grated peel
  • 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
  • Beat sweetened condensed milk and lime juice in a small mixer bowl until smooth; stir in lime peel.
  • Pour into crust; refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  • Top with non dairy whipped topping and serve.
