Caramel Pull-Aparts Recipe

1 package frozen dinner rolls
1 package butterscotch pudding mix - not instant
1/2 cup pecans - crushed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
:9 x 13 baking pan
Place pecans in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.
Place frozen rolls over pecans.
Sprinkle pudding over rolls.
Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over the top of the rolls.
Cover and let rise overnight.
After they have thawed and raised, use a scissors and cut the rolls in half or thirds. Just leave them in the pan and snip them in the pan with the scissors. This will make them into pull-aparts, otherwise they would be large rolls.
Cutting the rolls will deflate them so you will need to allow them to rise again. This should not take too long.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
When you take it out of the oven, turn upside down immediately onto a large plate or round pizza pan.
