Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole Recipe

  • 1 can Campbells cream of chicken soup(regular or 98% fat free) (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup long grain white rice
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Stir the soup, water, rice, vegetables and onion powder in 12 in. x 8 in. baking dish. Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until done. Uncover and melt cheese on top.
