Ingredients
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup honey
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons hot red pepper sauce (optional)
2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless, boneless

Combine all of the ingredients, except for the chicken breasts, in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill, pre-heated to medium heat. Baste the chicken with the sauce. Turn the chicken once and baste the other side with barbecue sauce. Cook thoroughly (until juices run clear).
Note:
The sauce is also good on ribs and beef.
