Blue Cheese and Radish Tidbits Recipe

For a super easy, quick and zesty Fourth of July appetiser, use the reddest radishes and the bluest cheese available - these little flavor "firecrackers" will hold their own with your best barbecue sauce! Can be increased as needed.

  • 8 large red radishes
  • 4 ounces blue cheese

  • Wash and trim radishes; slice into rounds about 1/4" thick.
  • Top each slice with a slice or chunk of blue cheese. (If using blue cheese crumbles, press them into place.) Chill until ready to serve.
