Strawberry Sauce Recipe

A pretty topping for ice cream, pound cake, pancakes and crepes.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces unsweetened frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
  • 1/3 cup strawberry jam or jelly
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Container:Blender, food processor or immersion blender.

  • Slightly thaw strawberries. Place all ingredients in container to be pureed. Puree until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
