1 package cranberries (12 ounces)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups water

Wash cranberries under cool, running water. Discard soft or blemished berries.
In a sauce pan, over medium high heat, combine cranberries, water, white sugar and brown sugar. Cover and bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove cover and boil an additional 5 minutes.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours. Serve with turkey or as a side dish.
