Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Grease and flour 2 pizza pans. Spread crust mixture onto both pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min.
When crusts are cool, spread with cool whip, then top with various kinds of fruit, such as sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, sliced peaches, etc.
