Chimichanga's Recipe

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Boil beef stew meat until done. Drain and add rest of ingredients along with 2 cups of water. Let cook until all of water is gone. Wrap 8 tortillas in foil and bake until warm. Take out of oven and put meat in. Wrap up by folding ends, then turn and roll. Fry in small amount of lard. Serve with melted cheese on top.
