Blue Cheese and Black Olive Cheese Ball Recipe

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped
Mix all ingredients except almonds. Shape into ball and chill until firm (overnight). Roll in toasted almonds. Serve with crackers. Makes a 4-inch diameter ball.
