Scalloped Corn I Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked or canned corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup cracker or bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
Directions
Beat eggs; add milk and crumbs. Add corn, seasonings and butter. Mix together well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
