Vegetables and Cheese Recipe

  • 1 package each frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 1 can drained mushrooms (optional)
  • 24 ounces extra sharp cheese shredded
With a fork press holes in each package of the vegetables and microwave for 8 minutes each. Meantime in a large pan, mix soup, sour cream mushrooms, and 2/3 of the shredded cheese. Mix with the vegetables and top with remaining cheese. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
