Ingredients
10 cups mashed potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chives
Directions
Mash the potatoes. While hot, add cream cheese, sour cream and chives.
Bake at 350 for one hour. Whip and serve in 9 x 13-inch pan.
