Cheesey Potatoes 4 Recipe

  • 4 cups corn flakes. crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 2 pounds Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 10 0 z. shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted margarine; set aside. In large bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, chicken soup, salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup melted margarine. Gradually mix in hash browns. Spread mixture in a 9"x13" pan and top with corn flakes. Bake covered for 1/2 hour, then uncovered for 45 more minutes.
