VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 27 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can french-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can shoe-peg corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
Directions
Mix beans and corn together; place in casserole dish. Mix soup, onion, sour cream, and cheese and put over beans and corn. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over soup mixture. Pour melted oleo over crackers. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
