Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 10 sandwich buns

Brown hamburger and onion; drain.

Season with salt and pepper.

Combine flour with water and pour on meat, mixing well. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until desired thickness is obtained.
