7 Layered Vegetable Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 package frozen petite green peas, thawed
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon fried and crumbled
Layer in order in a glass dish ending with bacon bits on top (put on before serving) Seal with mayonnaise and let sit overnight or several hours.
