Chili 108 Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 quarts canned tomatoes
  • 1 tomato sauce (large)
  • 1 tomato paste (small)
  • 4 cans kidney beans, drained (or cook your own)
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder (can be adjusted for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 dashes garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons basil
Brown beef in large soup pot; drain.

Add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 20-30 minutes to blend flavors.
