Crock Pot Taco Soup Recipe

  • 1 can pinto beans (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can white beans or can kidney beans (16 ounce Can)
  • 1 can niblet corn (11 ounce Can)
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies (11 ounce Can)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounce cans)
  • 1 can diced green chilies (4 ounce can)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 ounce packet)
  • 1 Envelope hidden valley ranch dressing mix (1 ounce Envelope)
  • 1 pound Shredded chicken, ground beef or 1 lb any meat
Cook meat and drain. Shred if needed. Add all ingredients to crock pot. DO NOT DRAIN CANS. Stir. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Keep on low until serving to keep hot.
