Apricot Jello Salad 2 Recipe

  • 1 box apricot jello (large box)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 package cream cheese (large pkg)
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup nuts
Heat jello and pineapple, add sugar to mixture and cool. Put evaporated milk in ice cube trays in freezer for one hour. Then whip milk until fluffy, add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add celery, to jello mixture and mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with nuts to garnish.
