Chicken Breast La Swiss Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup butter melted inch 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
Directions
Spread soup in bottom of 9" x 9" pan. Layer chicken breasts on top. Place cheese on each piece. Sprinkle hot water and butter over croutons and place on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 50 mines. **I use Muenster cheese instead of Swiss.
